Once your order is ready to ship, you should receive an e-mail with the proper tracking information for you. If you did not receive this e-mail though, it is still possible to find your tracking information.


Go to ovationgear.com and click on the My Account option at the top of the page. From there, it will lead you to the orders screen, where you can see any current and past orders you may have. 


Click on the order you are trying to track and locate the Shipping Details on the right hand side. In the Shipping Details section, you will be able to see when, with what carrier, and the tracking number for your order.
