You are able to return any products in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price. Any returned item that has been broken, misused, or returned in any state that does not allow for it to be resold will not qualify for a product refund.
Please note, any shipping charges incurred during your original order or for its return are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping on your order, then the shipping charges will be withheld from your refund.
That being said, we do recognize that shipping charges can be expensive for an individual consumer. In such an event, we can send you a shipping label that utilizes our discounted carrier rates and deduct the amount of the return shipping from your return. This is a service we offer strictly for your convenience.
